My approach is rooted in functional nutrition, mindset work, and lifestyle medicine. I focus on root causes, not just surface symptoms. And I believe real, lasting change comes from combining science with self-awareness—so you can stop living in survival mode and start creating a life you love.
I’ve always been fascinated by science and the human body, which led me to become a Nutritional Medicine Practitioner. But despite eating well, exercising, and supplementing, I felt exhausted, anxious, and overwhelmed, juggling my business, two kids as a single mum, and endless responsibilities. My life lacked joy and rest.
This taught me a powerful lesson: perfect meals and wellness hacks can’t fix a stressed mind. My anxiety wasn’t about my to-do list—it was about the pressure and negative self-talk I created in my own mind.
Realising this, I trained as a globally certified results coach, diving into mindset, emotional healing, and nervous system regulation. It transformed my energy, restored my joy, and enhanced my relationships. Most importantly, it empowered me to help my clients heal deeply, beyond surface-level symptoms.
Since then, I’ve helped thousands of women move from exhaustion, anxiety, fatigue, hormonal, and gut issues to true physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing—creating lives they genuinely love.
